LA PAGODE DE LOO
It is impossible to ignore this pagoda whose façade of a red triumph crosses with the serious haussmann haussmann of the area Monceau. In 1926, this former mansion in Louis-Philippe style was transformed by Mr Ching Tsai Loo, a Chinese art merchant, in Chinese-style houses with polished tile awnings, to receive an art gallery, and laminated wood panels also pay tribute to the Chinese heritage of his owner. Visitors can still admire the Indian Hall, the Cavaliers Hall and the little China Porcelaine. If the gallery only opens at temporary exhibitions, it is always possible to order the manufacture of lacquer furniture or even to privatize this unique place for professional events. Quality, elegance and high-end hospitality will be at your doorstep.
