The Octogenarian Bar Le Bristol knows how to renew over the years, to stay at the forefront… For several months, it has a prestigious new recruit: Chief bartender Maxime Hoerth, Best Worker of France 2011. He selects products of excellence to make you appreciate your cocktail! To accompany him, the bar also offers a tapas assortment created by Bristol Étoilé Chef Eric Frechon. All in a luxurious atmosphere: Silk curtains, woodwork and marble fireplace. The place also hosts sharp Djs from Thursday to Saturday, to make the happy few on electro and vintage sounds.
