Create your menu's Entrée under the expert guidance of our Chef de Cuisine during a 1h30 workshop. A glass of Champagne and some Burgundian gougères punctuate the workshop. Then it's time for Supper in the dining room, with a tasting of the prepared Entrée, followed by a selection of sweet and savory dishes.

Throughout the workshop, the Pastry Chef shows participants the different stages of the recipe, as well as how to prepare it successfully. All participants are invited to reproduce each step of the creation.
