The SoLiHa Federation (Solidaires pour l'habitat) was created in May 2015 by the merger of the PACT and Habitat & Développement movements. SoLiHa 75-92-95 operates, as its name suggests, in Paris (2 agencies) in the Hauts-de-Seine and Val-d'Oise, these departmental agencies being supported by numerous offices in town halls or social action centres in order to facilitate access to information. Paris and its region still have many old homes that are uncomfortable, unhealthy and sometimes dangerous. Housing often occupied by disadvantaged families who no longer have control over their living conditions. Yet housing is an essential factor for social and urban integration. This is why SoLiHa 75-92-95 operates with the aim of promoting a habitat adapted to the needs of each individual, promoting diversity in the capital's neighbourhoods and maintaining a balance. The City of Paris, the State and the Île-de-France Region have therefore entrusted it with important housing improvement missions. The structure provides its customer-users with a high-quality professional team, bringing together various trades: architects (or building technicians), operations managers, urban planners, social workers and housing consultants, as well as an occupational therapist. Je lui ai dit que je souhaitait la gratuité conformément à notre accord à la foire. Alors, en s'énervant, il m'a dit qu'il fallait attendre plus d'une année.
Je lui ai dit que cela n'avait pas d'importance. Alors il est reparti en colère vers la salle de bains pour soi-disant faire des photos. Il est revenu aussitôt pour le dire (alors que je lui avais expliqué à la foire et qu'il avait vu la salle de bain en arrivant) que le projet n'était pas réalisable car j'avais déjà une douche non sécurisée.
Cette personne est un vrai escroc. Il attire le client par de la.publicité mensongère, s'introduit à son domicile pour lui soutirer de l'argent.
Quand je lui ai dit que je n'avais pas d'argent, il est reparti sans me proposer de solution.
