CHAJIN
In Japan, a «chajin» (in a word in romaji) is a master or pupil of the tea ceremony, a passion for Japan tea, or a good living. A nice showcase of Japanese green tea designed by Carol Négiar where you can taste and buy teas from the Plantations house in Japan, Uji and Shizuoka, 100% Japanese, without mixtures or pesticides or additives. Tea ceremonies are organised in the traditional Japanese room on ² - chashitsu. On the other hand, you can attend conferences and tasting courses also on reservation. Chajin organises conferences with tastings that take place every week, morning, afternoon and evening, depending on the availability of participants (between € 30 and € 50 per person). Therefore, they are not announced in advance (information by telephone or e-mail). Carol Négiar also offers Japanese dishes. Please note that you can enjoy tea or lunch at any time - the delicious pastries are in the Japanese room, but the reservation is recommended.
