LA CROIX PAIN
This bakery is also known as Gerbe d'Or or Atelier des Pains. It is a small and medium-sized SME employing around people, and there is another street in the Ternes. In 2011, the breads were classified among the best organic breads in the Île-de-France. The bakers have been able to diversify their offer by creating original breads even if the Tradition remains the most demanding. There is a great Pain bread, a very good unleavened bread, a beautiful flour loaf with flour, all being certified organic. Pastries and pastries remain in the classic area, and part of the shop is occupied by a large catering radius.
