Other sweet temptations will seduce you through a wide variety of dry cakes, such as cookies, palm trees, cakes, cannelés, Saint-Germain, financiers, cakes, Basque cakes, etc. Julien invented a few years ago the Gâteau cake, a rather astonishing Dacquoise pistachio raspberry.
