Dominique Bouchet, a star chef, has created a new concept right next to his restaurant. The name Wa-Bi Salon sets the tone of what he wanted to do from this place: " wa "meaning harmony and" bi "beauty and delight. It's a high-end shop that supplies sake, teas and other japonisants products on which it has often affixed its name. At the bottom of the store, hidden by a mural, a kitchen studio with a large TV screen is open to partners who offer courses as diverse as the discovery of sake, green tea or the Ikebana.
