Here we develop the art of well-being and movement. To this end, the Uma centre offers three different methods: gyrotonic® (circular and multidimensional movements focused on working and stretching muscles to eliminate stiffness), gyrokinesis® (a method that coordinates movement, breathing and mental concentration) and Pilates (rebalancing the body's muscles, focusing on the main muscles involved in balancing and maintaining the spine). The courses are given by one of the 7 trainers who has only one ambition: to help you progress according to your objectives and your level.
