ESPACE SATTVA
Sattva is a Sanskrit term that means breath vital, vital principle, intelligence, conscience, truth. Opened in September 2008 by Sreemati, a graduate yoga teacher since 1995, the Sattva area brings together a team of teachers and therapists offering different approaches to yoga: Yoga yoga, Vishranta yoga, Ashtanga yoga, early birth yoga (all ages), yoga for pregnant women, yoga of 5 Tibetans. The practice of exercises called "the five Tibetans" is an energetic gymnastics combining different postures, five simple asanas that must be repeated from three to twenty-one once each. As with other forms of yoga, the regular practice of the five Tibetans relieves muscle tension and dissipe stress, improves digestion, promotes the elimination of toxins, promotes more just and more conscious breathing. It also provides relaxation and well-being.
