pour ma part, j'étais heureuse de commander sur ce site jusqu'à ce que je ne reçoive pas ma commande... je les ai appelé, j'ai eu une personne qui a tenté de me mettre la faute sur le dos. sur la 1e page du site, les articles sont tous en stock, mais quand on veut les commander, une ligne apparait pour dire qu'en fait ce n'est pas en stock. par contre, ils encaissent votre paiement sans broncher, vous assure sur leur site une livraison en 48h et que c'est de la faute du client d'avoir payé, de ne pas avoir reçu soit disant un email prévenant de la rupture de stock et au bout de 8jours, toujours pas de commande reçu, et aucun remboursement possible... je dois attendre qu'un jour ma commande arrive... avec 1 arrière goût amer. vraiment un site internet à recommander si on veut alléger son porte monnaie, ne rien recevoir, s'entendre dire c'est de ta faute tant pis pour toi et en + ils osent émettre un jugement sur le type d'occasion vous avez effectué une commande "de toute façon vous ne vous mariez pas vendredi..." dommage ce n'est pas pour un mariage et si j'en ai besoin pour vendredi!
