Cozy restaurant in the chic La Fantaisie hotel, offering creative, colourful cuisine using local produce
It's the restaurant of the very chic Hotel La Fantaisie, right in the heart of Rue Cadet. At the helm is chef Dominique Crenn, a veritable star of gastronomy on the other side of the Atlantic, who infuses the kitchen brigades with her talent to produce colourful, fine creations using local produce: crispy rice with smoked anchovies from Cantabria, potatoes with plankton and celery pickle, abalone and avocado tacos! And last but not least, you're sure to love the warm, cosy atmosphere. Reservations recommended!

Schönes, modernes Restaurant mit interessanter Karte inspiriert von Kalifornien. Das Essen war hervorragend. Gut zum Teilen.

Les plats sont bien présentés mais un peu compliqué à partager. Et il n'y a pas suffisamment de salade par exemple pour faire des wrap pour tout manger de cette façon, avec certain plats. Mais c'est bon et original. Service encore approximatif pour un établissement à grande ambition.

Super experience. La cuisine est délicieuse et le service vraiment exceptionnel grâce notamment à Maria :) Nous reviendrons !

Excellent moment passé au Golden Poppy, les plats sont savoureux et la présentation soignée. Personnel souriant et à l’écoute.

Les plats sont inventifs , poétiques et très joliment réalisés
A recommander vivement pour les gourmets végétariens ou poissons .
La serveuse , bien que vraiment adorable était très difficile à comprendre ( accent et français encore hésitant )et pas très professionnel sur les vins notamment .
C est dommage car le menu et les plats ont besoin d accompagnement au service , je trouve .
Je connaissais Dominique Crenn par San Francisco et ses livres donc cela ne m a pas dérangé mais j ai trouvé cela dommage .
La déco a paru vieillotte à certains de nos invités .
L ambiance était conviviale malgré une musique de fond un peu trop forte pour nos standards français …
On se croyait à New York ..toujours trop fort pour nous surtout lorsqu on est nombreux autour d une table .
Le vin était trop cher .
Je recommande et je reviendrai !!!
