PIROJKI BAR
Restaurant that combines traditional Ukrainian and Russian dishes in the same menu in Paris
Gastronomy at the service of peace, this is what motivated Elena Biktimirova to open the Pirojki Bar only three months after the beginning of hostilities in Ukraine in 2022. The objective of this young woman of Ukrainian origin is indeed to combine "in the same menu traditional Ukrainian and Russian dishes in order to unite people torn by war". On the menu of her (small) establishment: pirojki (stuffed brioche buns), vareniki (Ukrainian ravioli) and other pelmini (Tatar ravioli with meat). To take away or for delivery
