LA PETITE SIRÈNE DE COPENHAGUE
Address in Paris serving fish, meat, drinks and homemade desserts.
A bright room and a view of a small courtyard full of charm. Peter Thulstrup's dishes are charged with iodine, in homage to the Danish gastronomy, as implied by the name of the place, which celebrates the statue of the Little Mermaid in Copenhagen. There are, of course, pickled herring, but also an incredible old-fashioned smoked imperial salmon, a burbot tournedos, a unilateral salmon back, Saint-Jacques odawara shells with endives cake or a beef game, with a Danish beer Cérès, a little glass of aquavit, Scandinavian vodka or simply a d. a wine chosen in a well thought-out map. All the desserts are home made. We liked the homemade apple pie, the chocolate sweetness and the Norwegian incontournable, raspberry and vanilla incontournable. The reception of the cosmopolitan waitresses is pleasant and it is prudent to book in the evening.
