L’ORIENTAL
Address on a quiet avenue appreciated for its terrace with trees, its tasty oriental cuisine, including the Moroccan speciality.
The Oriental is one of the street's flagship addresses, first for its comfortable terrace under trees, on a quiet avenue, which has the good taste to be heated in the winter. Then for his kitchen, Oriental you doubt, the most tasty. In a contemporary décor with ochre and red tones with comfortable cushions and mosaic tables, Serge Kaci is a non-Moroccan speciality. Its couscous is a reference with its fine, scented grain, accompanied by the finest cooked vegetables, such as these melting tomatoes and crunchy carrots, and comes with chicken, lamb, merguez, grilled lamb ribs, or our favourite, méchoui in lamb shoulder baked lamb. Side stew, sweet sucrés are to fall, like that of pears and nuts, or the saddle to the compotée of onions, grapes candied with honey and almonds. On the map, short, desserts are noticed, including a farandole of oriental pastries: the flan de mama Lyakout (flan with pistachio parsemé) or pastilla with almond milk. Mint tea is prepared in the rules of art, a must.
