This is called "the art of fusion food". A cuisine where different cuisines from around the world are mixed. This is the speciality of this house, which rather focuses on Asia but which mixes flavours and this with great precision. As an example, a salmon tartare and mango cubes seasoned with wasabi. Other dishes include wheat noodles, lacquered duck and Shanghai cabbage or flavoured rice sautéed with eggs and chives, served with crispy chicken. On the other hand, for the desserts, it's more classic, like the timeless chocolate cake, the classic cheesecake, the exotic fruit salad or the meringue pie with lime. But this touch of classic is really welcome because the desserts are very successful overall. As for the decoration, it's rather cosy, the service is pleasant and we're far from the canteens of Asian caterers or traditional Chinese restaurants.
