Restaurant in Paris elaborating a menu of Chinese specialities and pancakes with a good quality-price ratio.
This restaurant specialises in the cuisine of Hunan, one of the eight main cuisines in China, whose particularity is to be spotted (garlic, onions, peppers…), very hate, often marked by a touch of acidity and whose privileged accompaniment, without surprise, will be rice. The chief appoints Qiang Zhang, and comes from this region. Indeed, his reputation has crossed the borders of the capital, which has won more rewards. The map offers of these specialties. The strength of each plate is indicated by one, two or three peppers, an original way to know if the happy flavor that awaits you is, where not, spicy where not! In this long list, we recommend, for example, crisp with pancakes and ciboule, steamed pork dumplings, homemade bouchées or grilled ravioli. In addition, rice sauté rice. Original, exotic, and very good value for money and very well located.

Plats savoureux : gyozas fondants, news frais, légers, fins.
