Restaurant with a cosy atmosphere, offering tasty mussels with Thai basil and a melting pork dongpo
The Bao family has grown, planting its chopsticks in the gourmet rue Saint-Lazare (9th). As its name indicates, blue - the color of Chinese porcelain - dominates this beautiful space on two levels. This does not prevent conviviality, with a cosy atmosphere in one of the upper rooms. That lunchtime, our choice was crispy spring rolls and delicate steamed buns. Tasty mussels with Thai basil and a melting pork dongpo, the signature dish of the house, followed. A good choice!
