点了小笼包，麻婆豆腐和水煮牛肉。小笼包是现包的，这一点给个赞，味道也还原了80%。但是麻婆豆腐离国内川菜的麻婆豆腐距离甚远，最多给6分，完全没有川菜灵魂花椒的味道，卖相也很平淡。水煮牛肉不入味、辣味也不足，应该是已经往法国人习惯的口味转型了

Tout paraissait sympa, et j'ai commandé des filets de poissons croustillants au miel. Aïe, le plat est arrivé avec une sauce noirâtre. Bon, je goûte, et là, pas de goût, la sauce n'avait pas le goût de miel, et tout semblait surcuit, avec un poisson sans chair qui n'avait que deux côtés très grillés. Bref, j'espère être tombé au mauvais jour. Dans tous les cas, je vous déconseille ce plat.
Je suis sorti 5mn après le service du plat, à la surprise des patrons. Je leur ai dit que je n'avais pas aimé. Leur réponse .......16,80€ à régler. J'aurais apprécié un geste, ou alors que l'on me propose un autre plat.
