SOBANE
Modern restaurant offering Korean cuisine revisited.
A temple of modernism for a revisited Korean cuisine, it is the image of this restaurant opened by Kim Jung Kyu, former head of the Samiin (now closed). The contemporary minimalist decoration in brown tones is a little cold, despite the tables nicely set with beautiful crockery, but a little close to each other. The menu, which is far from traditional Korean cuisine, is inventive. In the evening, a tasting menu with 5 starters of your choice, a main course and a dessert satisfy the curious ones ready to taste everything while at lunch, we try more classic recipes: tempura, bibimbap, bulgoghi (Korean barbecue), cheesecake with matcha tea... It is fine and subtle.
