Restaurant in Paris offering a refined cuisine full of flavors and spices, samossas and vegetarian dishes.
Singh Dalvinder gave this restaurant opened in 1995 the name of Kessari, saffron in other words, golden spice that evokes both the love, the wealth and also the rareness. A good predicts for this refined cuisine full of flavours and spices. The famous tandoori are on the menu. This cooking method in clay ovens brings out the flavours of spices, the meat had been previously coated with the famous "tandoori". The prepared meat is inseparable from the nan, a traditional bread baked in the tandoor (clay oven) plain or with cheese (cheese nan), vegetables (kulcha) or even meat. Do not miss the vegetable samossa (fried turnovers with mixed vegetables), the Pakora (fried potatoes and eggplants with chickpea flour) and tikka massala lamb (pieces of lamb with spices, marinated in a curry sauce). Selection of vegetarian dishes.
