ITO
Japanese tapas restaurant-bar in Paris serving fish platters, grilled chicken and small delicacies.
In the middle of South Pigalle, a rather swollen Japanese man opened a double address: on 2, a ramen restaurant (with kimchi, sashu and organic soft-boiled egg) and platters (miso mackerel, yuzu grilled chicken, vegetable salad and azuki), on 4, a Japanese tapas bar. It's as big as a postage stamp, but the chefs put us in front of the sharp little delicacies to choose from 3, 4 or 10 dishes from a dozen or so: miso soup, dengaku eggplant, cod with teriyaki and amaretto sauce, roasted sesame milk lamb. For dessert, poached nashi pear, yuzu pie or ice cream.
