Restaurant making the happiness of our taste buds with the menu that changes every day.
In Japanese, Tsubame means "swallow", and if this one does not provoke spring, it brings nevertheless happiness to our tastebuds. We are in a hurry to have lunch to taste one of the 3 proposed bentos (meat, fish or vegetarian) or take-away. Beautiful texture of rice, well seasoned vegetables, respected cookings and controlled contrasts... And the menu changes every day! The evening, the address is transformed into izakaya, a kind of tapas bar and in sake. With the program, a égine grillée au miso, a range of sashimi (octopus, shrimps and Scallops), jumped squids, un ceviche de bar, roots of lotus or marinated eggplants . Tsubame is a business of family: around Clement guyen in the room, we had known Atao, in the kitchen we find his wife Masumi Tao who prepares the desserts according to recipes worked out by mom in law. Only flat, a little light portions of the evening which, once accumulated, quickly rise the spending.
