ABRI SOBA
Japanese restaurant in Paris preparing original and creative dishes with Japanese noodles.
The renowned Abri, now closed, was his. From now on, Katsuaki Okiyama devotes his time to this table dedicated to buckwheat soba noodles. At lunchtime, he offers different versions, hot or cold. The result is Tenzura soba (cold noodles with prawn and vegetable fritters); in a hot version - the noodles are tossed in a broth - it becomes Tempura soba. In the evening, the sobas give way to Japanese dishes to be shared and, of course, enjoyed with one of the house sakes. Small room and friendly staff.
