HOLY BOL
Vietnamese canteen in Paris elaborating a bowl based on wok of vegetables with meat, chicken and shrimps.
The advantage of Holy Bol is that you can enjoy meal "outdoors" in any weather. And for good reason, the terrace of this Vietnamese canteen is spread out in the Verdeau Passage, surrounded by antique book dealers and galleries of paintings. Sitting there, you will discover, if this is your first meal here, the concept of the house: you compose your own bowl from a base - vegetable wok, white rice, vegetable noddles... - which you then serve with ground beef, chicken (curry or crispy), shrimp... It is even possible to add some supplements, nems style. It's good, fragrant, maybe a little expensive, but we are warmly received.
