Trendy pizzeria in Paris serving a very fine pizza dough and first choice ingredients, many cocktails.
A small facade, a full-length Brooklyn room, you are in a branchée pizzeria with only a few tables, launched by a former Il Brigante in this district of SoPi. With two particularities: a fine pizza paste and premium ingredients, cooked in a traditional pizza oven that is a throne in the centre of the room. Capriccio (tomato sauce, fior di latte, ricotta di bufflonne, bresaola, parmesan, lemon olive oil, roquette) and Montanara (smoked mozzarella) are recommended. New industrial framework. Many cocktails.

However, the extraordinary and meagre menu was noticed when ordering. With great effort, I could only guess what would be on my pizza.
After 30 minutes, my order was ready. Back in the hotel room, I had to realise that my pizza was inedible! The dough was completely burned and the ingredients were little distributed. So my food was gone and I had to resort to alternatives.
I think it's a pity that in such a great-looking restaurant the pizzas are given out in a good conscience at a proud price (16€!)
