PINK MAMMA
Restaurant with a chic and retro decor offers a menu of Neapolitan pizzas in the heart of the trendy Pigalle district.
Last June, the duo Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux hit again, and that's good! The owners of the famous Big Mamma trattorias have opened a sixth restaurant in the heart of Pigalle's trendy district, the famous SoPi (including South Pigalle). And there we can say that they have seen things in great measure since they have set up their establishment in a magnificent 4-storey building topped by a sublime luminous glass roof decorated with vegetation. You can eat on every floor, where the decor is always chic, glamorous, retro just what you need with a cocktail bar on some floors. On the menu, you can find the sign's Neapolitan pizzas with still so original recipes and just as amusing names such as "Maman est sortie à Pigalle", a pizza made of mozza fior di latte, San Marzano tomatoes, Italian sausage with Calabrian pepper, tzatziki sauce, pink radish, seasonal sprouts. As a starter, you can enjoy a wide selection of burratas, including green burrata (tarragon, taggiasche olives, olive oil) or burrata mare (anchovies, bottarga). But, as a main course, in addition to the good Neapolitan pizzas and fresh pasta, the classics of the Big Mamma team, there are also some very fine pieces of beef meat from cows that are 100% French, fed with corn and matured for 30 days, at very low prices. Carnivores can enjoy a meal for two people with an 800 gram T-bone steak or a 1,100 gram Tomahawk rib of beef, for between €24 and €33 per person. If you still have a small place for dessert, we recommend Passionmisu, a tiramisu with passion fruit, mango, matcha tea. After lunch, go for a walk in the basement, push the heavy No Entry door, cross the mini meat fridge and push the last door: you are in the speakeasy bar of the Pink Mamma. But we'll leave the surprise to you. A hint: good cocktails.

Je recommande de dîner au dernier étage sous la magnifique verrière !
