Restaurant offering pizzas prepared with 100% French products.
Pizzas prepared with 100% French products: this is the concept (in the air of time) of Pizzou. Here, the mozzarella di bufala comes from Auffargis (78) and the tomatoes from Provence. The ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and gorgonzola of the traditional Quatre-fromages have been replaced by fourme d'Ambert, reblochon, brie and fleur de lait to compose the Rock 4. The pastry - thin and cooked over a wood fire - of our Pique et Pique and Colegram (tomato, spicy Aveyron sausage, marinated artichokes, fleur de lait) was crispy as desired.

The place is beautiful with large windows and the sitting is quite nice! The music was not too loud, and the interior was cute. Nice if you are planning to take pictures. It is located conveniently, easy to find using Google Maps.
Service:
The people serving us were very attentive, they answered any and all questions and were quick about bringing our food. Had a very nice attitude, no complaints.
Food:
Here is where this Pizzeria loses 1 star. The pizza we ordered contained candied tomatoes, baked eggplant, burrata cheese and some regular cheese, tomato sauce and the crust. The crust was not like a pizza crust, it was more of a bread crust. It was too thick at the ends. While there was burrata and another kind of cheese on the pizza - it was not melted onto the pizza, just cut on top. Cold cheese was weird on a hot tomato sauce pizza crust. The burrata itself was good, but they could've put the other cheese in the oven with the pizza. The wine was also not very good. The tables were too small so it was uncomfortable to eat the large pizza. But otherwise, it was ok. Eatable and left us full.
