A cosy address to taste the best Neapolitan pizza in Paris
Without exaggerating, expect to taste at 18 rue Blanche, the best Neapolitan pizza in Paris. Why here more than at the local Italian? Simply because the products come straight from Italy, the pizza dough is organic, light, puffed up like in Naples but above all cooked at 300 degrees in an authentic wood-fired oven which is the biggest in France (Marana brand). And then, it is Italians who prepare pizzas and pasta entirely home-made in the kitchen open on a room always crowded. The decor, straight out of a Scorsese film, is impressive and cosy with its swings where you can sit for a drink or more, its large heated terrace entirely planted with vegetation (smokers), its huge olive trees and its mismatched dishes. Note that the trattoria, open continuously, offers happy hours at Aperitivo and an American brunch on weekends. We love this unique trattoria, one of the 10 designed by Garry Dorr, the master of "cool" and "cheap" Italian restaurants.

A éviter
