I GOLOSI
Restaurant in Paris preparing selected products, cold cuts, cheeses and Italian delicacies.
I Golosi means Les Gourmands in French. The Italian gourmet restaurant opened its doors in 1993. He has a beautiful clientele of regulars thanks to the dynamism of the Venetian Marco Tonazzo, a boss to the strong personality whose sharp humor breaks the ice right away. Passionate about gastronomy and wine, Marco offers here an incredible selection of more formidable products. The large Venetian-style bistro style room may seem a bit cold to some, but the sun is on all plates and the walls filled with bottles, on jazzy music, bring a real user friendliness. It is also possible to enjoy the floor in a large room which can accommodate up to 50 people. Charcuterie, cheese, sweets, vegetables, pasta, all deserve to be tasted and tasted at home or on site. The kitchen is original and the card is renewed every week at the time of the market and the seasons. Risotto and pasta always make unanimity regardless of topping and are perfect in cooking. If, by reading the map, you fall on oil-to-oil à in Piedmont fashion or on a capretto arrosto profumato al mirto di Toscana con potato, i. e. a scented roast stuffed with the myrtle of Tuscany, have no hesitation. The cheese plate is served with honey and a spicy little jam that sublime flavours. That is simply remarkable. The wine list is incredible - some 500 references - some of which are very rare and you can even buy bottles on site. And to simply taste a few vintages, it is also possible to use wine with glass. I Golosi is the whole of Italy on your plate, from north to south of the Boot, and it is obviously with tiramisu that this Alpine trip ends.
