Giovanni has been in the kitchen for more than years and Evelina in the room. In the neighbourhood they are known as the white wolf because since the opening in 1976 quality has remained the same and prices have always been very reasonable. Don't look for the great Italian gastronomy, here it is only classic: pizza (saumon, Parmesan, mozzarella and cream, oriental with merguez and egg, gianluca with parme, mozzarella and gorgonzola), pasta (carbonara, gnocchi alla romana), meat (osso buco or tender tender), and some seafood products (squid or fried smelt), but the chef has know-how that even satisfies the most demanding. It's often full, especially at midday, because some have done their canteen.
