LA PIZZETTA
Pizzeria with terrace in Paris proposing pizzas and small greedy Italian dishes with products of the Boot.
An Italian address that holds a good performance with the impeccable content of the dish and the very pleasant and a little "dolce vita" atmosphere, in short, a den where all lovers of pizza and small and tasty Italian dishes rush. Pizza is respected here, whose fine, crispy, crisp dough is made from quality ingredients… Some are even offered in 100 % flour. Garnished, therefore, they honour the Italian products: Mozzarella, gorgonzola, bufala, Colonnata lard, gambas, calamars… Even the black or white truffle depending on the season. Of course, there are some figures imposed like the Margherita or the "Three Cheeses" but also rarer, the pizzas with cuttlefish ink! Apart from the pizze, the dishes remains simple: Burrata of Apulia, stuffed calamars, pastas such as linguine en papillote and seafood or spaghetti with clams. On the à la carte menu, we can also find our happiness around the Moretti accompanied by roasted vegetables or gambas skewers (oil with garlic) with its three rice. Unexpected preparations are real gustatory pleasures: Swordfish carpaccio with citrus fruit and fennel then a wolffish with thyme on a sweet potatoes and ginger. The service is young, friendly and attentive. The lovely terrace on the quiet Trudaine avenue is heated in winter, and in summer it is highly prized soon at the first sun rays so if you want to relax, you will have to book!
