This is the youngest of the team of the Pizzetta led by Luca Benasciutti and is it really worth a detour? Yes, for a modern bistro with its stone walls, wood furniture, lighting lights and rétro. Même si je dois dire qu'aujourd'hui je ne jure que par la pizz napolitaine et sa pâte aérée , les pizzas au feu de bois du gallo rosso sont excellentes , bien garnies et copieuses !Une très bonne adresse même si j'irai certainement goûter celles de leurs voisins la prochaine fois ;)
