Deprived of Dessert is certainly not a punishment! On the contrary, the restaurant of the converted Sephora Nahon is an ode to greed. Once you have the menu in your hands, the name of the restaurant makes sense: all the savory dishes are revisited in the form of desserts. To finish in beauty, do not neglect the desserts in trompe-l'oeil where the spaghetti with carbonara which is in reality a lemon pie, pink praline shortbread, white chocolate cream. La promesse de la surprise des trompe l'œil fonctionne mais plus fortement sur les entrées et les desserts que sur le plat (la présence du steak biaise un petit peu le rendu du Saint Honoré). Gustativement c'est plutôt bon avec une mention spéciale aux frites churros. Par contre entre l'entrée et le plat c'est très long et la serveuse n'a pas eu la meilleure des réponses nous expliquant qu'on ne peut pas accélérer une cuisson... certes mais un steak ne prend pas 30 min pour être à point. Bref, rien de grave mais c'est un peu dommage.

Visuellement, c'est incroyable, intéressant. Mais l'équilibre prix et saveur n'est pas au RDV. Je trouve un peu surcoté. On nous vend le visuel mais ce qu'on aime d'un restaurant, c'est avant tout le goût.
