As a result, prices are very competitive: 20 euros for a dozen N° 3 oysters in Paris is quite rare, especially as the quality is top-notch. In addition to oysters, bulots-mayo and fried smelts, Juste's menu offers a range of ocean delights, such as scallops with butternut crumble. Really, it's worth coming here.

The ingredients were fresh but the cooked lobster and crab not seasoned enough. The oysters were not loosened and therefore difficult to eat. The service was very friendly.
