This shack reduces the chain from producer to consumer to a minimum, by teaming up with an oyster farmer from Riec-sur-Bélon, Maison Thaëron. As a result, prices are very competitive: 24 euros for a dozen N° 3 oysters, not a lot in Paris, especially since the quality is top-notch. In addition to oysters, bulots-mayo and blue lobster, Juste's menu features ocean delights, such as scallops with butternut crumble. Really, it's worth coming here.

The ingredients were fresh but the cooked lobster and crab not seasoned enough. The oysters were not loosened and therefore difficult to eat. The service was very friendly.
