A brand for fish lovers! Mersea is the first quality street food concept entirely dedicated to fish. The recipes are elaborated by the Breton chef Olivier Bellin, who has designed a short menu. This is a good sign! One autumn, in addition to dishes to share (fish nuggets, fish balls...), there was a tuna tartar with beet and tosazu sauce, a falafish (pita, fish balls, crunchy vegetables), and as a novelty, a blanquette of the sea. But the star of the house is the fish & chips, with crispy breading. It's good and fresh!
