42 Degres was the first restaurant in France to offer 100% raw, vegetarian-vegan, totally organic and gluten-free cuisine. Raw food, let's remember, consists in eating only raw or dehydrated foods, which have a better nutrient content. A cuisine that is certainly raw food, but also bistronomic, that is the ambition of the two designers of this establishment. We have thus seen on the menu a seaweed tartar cut with a knife and a vegetable lasagne stuffed with nuts... An experience to do at least once in your life!
