Within the Hoy de Pigalle hotel, the Mesa restaurant ("table" in Spanish) opens under a beautiful glass roof with marble table and banquettes. Inspired by Latin American cuisine, the dishes are prepared using fresh produce, for a holistic approach to gastronomy. Portions may be a little small, but the taste and experience are there for all to enjoy: mushroom tacos, papas bravas and cashew cream, cauliflower and chickpea falafel. In the evening, let yourself be tempted by a signature cocktail infused in a vat and served on tap!
