Bar is a "gastrothèque", a straight concept from New York, imported by American Jody Williams. Stones, bricks, old furniture of bistro and slate make the charm of this place to live and eat. From morning till evening, there is a coffee, take a breakfast made of scones, cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs cooked with freshly squeezed ham and Parmesan ham or a homemade waffle with red fruits, a lost bread boosté in cognac and cream. The rest of the day, slices are shared (black boudin to apples, aligot with ham, pesto to nuts) and small plates based on organic, local and seasonal products. Saumon of salmon, safran and fennel sauce, os os and shallots, fennel orange and honey, or dumplings for a classic. A nice wine list and a cosy atmosphere, we adhere to gastrothèque.
