Parisian address serving fresh, home-made dishes, wild boar and poultry;
This is the kind of address that those who are accustomed to habitués are going through… Opened only in the evening of 30 years, the 48 Condorcet is an over-time place where the déco navigue (plafond witch) and outdated (trinkets and mirrors). The kitchen is in the image of this little den: family and family. Nothing prepared, but cost, home and generosity. Abundance of beet and white cheese, boar bowl, white poultry white and old mustard, loin mudflap with onions, duck sleeves steeped in tradition, finally rice, chocolate foam or white cheese in honey: as you will have understood, the whole menu is an ode to tradition. The patrons (Pascal Desrosiers and Romuald Rodde) welcome you with smile and enthusiasm. Dogs are welcome, the friends also, and the joy and good mood are rigorous.
