LE VAISSEAU VERT
Restaurant serving refined French cuisine with the creativity of the chef inspired by his travels.
A beautiful address that this green vessel which landed in the gently rue de Parma, near the agitée square of Clichy. After being led by Jérémy Moscovici, candidate of the Top Chef on M 6 in 2015, the Green Ship continues his road with a Japanese chef. He is called Masahide Ikuta. It was in the kitchens of the triple-star chef Alain Chapel in Kobe that Masahide formed from A to Z for 6 years before winning Paris. Here he offers refined and subtle French cuisine, which gives expression to his creativity through original associations, often marked by his travels. We like rolls of veal and mozzarella di buffala - shavings of hazelnut oil, coral lentils and Indian spices, coriander - but also the tartar of semi-baked wild tuna and shrimp Obsiblue shrimp, kiwi, red pepper, Thai sauce, chili peppers. In dessert, hard to resist the tiramisu of W, light cream perfumed to orange.
