ALBERT
Bistro in Paris offering small dishes with exotic ingredients, meat and fish.
In a decorative room that recalls both antique and bistros, you'll regress with small creative dishes where exotic ingredients have the beautiful share, with a few great classics like fermila's supreme rabbit, vitelous potatoes and mushroom cream, and almost braised calf, meat juice, celery cream. But you will be pleasantly surprised by the salmon tartare and mango, or by the velocity of cauliflower and honey. It's a very successful, but truly successful, bets with a professional service. Nothing to say, Albert does the case, and the addition also surprises in the common sense of the word, thanks to the soft prices.
