Hotel-restaurant developing a bistronomic offer with a good quality-price ratio.
We love the hotel, we loved the restaurant. Behind the Plume Enseigne lies a place of restoration which, via the subtitle «restaurant des faubourgs», develops a offer of bistronomie among the best in the capital. The interior, very well-treated, combines marble, ceramics, brass and dark blue colours: the decor is planted. On the bottom of the plates, the search is permanent, and the menu at midday offers a price-quality ratio among the most sides of the arrondissement. The risotto is completely revisited, the dishes never miss small herbs or totally unexpected flavours, vegetables sometimes forgotten and resurrected. Desserts are summarized in a word (or two): fireworks. A real stroke of heart.
