Restaurant with glass roof and winter garden in Paris preparing fresh products with outstanding salads.
The opening of a chic and select sports hall below the Blanche metro has led to the emergence of a restaurant with similar characteristics. The icing on the cake, this one, called BB, is held by the famous chef Jean Imbert. This is his second establishment. In a completely renovated setting to restore the true aspect of the place as it was a century ago, with a glass roof and winter garden, the chef prefers fresh produce, with outstanding salads. Seen on the menu: soft-boiled egg, mushrooms, pumpkin and parmesan, bluefin tuna, avocado and miso tomato, beef fillet and purée, pear pavlova.... It is obviously expensive, obviously good, obviously preferably on reservation....

La carte n’a pas beaucoup de choix et très peu des choix végétariens, très dommage. On a payé 24€ pour une penne à la tomate très simple et pas très bonne.
En tant que membre de Blanche c’était la première fois que je venais dîner avec mes copines et c’était pas à la hauteur vu le cadre.
Personnel très sympathique en revanche.
