One of the revelations of the latest bistronomic season, L'Evadé, located south of Pigalle and known to insiders as "So-Pi", is the fruit of the partnership between restaurateur Anthony Rivière and chef Rémi Poulain. Already crowned with success with the "L'Escuella" establishment, the latter is back with the talent that many already recognize in him: devilishly bistronomic, sometimes daring, the proposals are declined according to several well-considered menus, of which the one called "Dégustation" is worth the detour. Excellent, surprising: we'll be back for more.
