La Belle Quille is the brainchild of two brothers, Jérémie and Mickaël, who came to Paris from their native south to set up a restaurant where sunny flavors come in all shapes and sizes. The menu leaves you dreaming: bass ceviche with citrus fruits, Mediterranean beef tartare and focaccia, tuna mi-cuit, burger revisited... It's good, homemade, fresh, hearty and often original. Take time out on the terrace to enjoy a delicious glass of French wine or a cocktail prepared by the barman.
