This new restaurant lives up to its name: on this street in the 9th arrondissement, you'll find Chenapan, which describes itself as a "turbulent restaurant" that breaks codes, which is indeed the case. The menu is simple and unique, with a choice of 3 or 5 courses for lunch or dinner. During our visit, chef Bruno Laporte showed us the full extent of his talents, from turbot with morel mushrooms and Noisy-Prat sabayon to the totally unexpected wheat dessert. All in all, a masterpiece for which you'll want to make a reservation!
