We start with calves of bovine quails, dés of duck and mouillettes fatty liver, fine strips of St. Jacques walnut carpaccio with tartare of small vegetables and mango or more contemporary, a crab raviole, in a full-bodied Thai broth. Careful and detailed dressages, colourful and generous plates, precise flavours, it makes you want to continue on dishes that are equally well done. Lamb shoulder crystallized slowly with lemon thyme, roast cod with rice to Spanish spices as a paella or even a ris calf poêlés and crispy. Déjà je ne retrouve pas votre réservation et jamais les clients se plaignent de moi bien au contraire à moins d'être venu pour cela je conseille toujours mes clients ce commentaire est faux qu'avez vous mangé et vous étiez à qu'elle table .
