Bistro with a warm atmosphere offering good wines from producers with plates of cold cuts or a croque-monsieur.
Les Sardignac is a wine bistro opposite the Folies Bergères, a real favourite with the audience as well as the locals who have made it their HQ. It must be said that Emmanuelle Sardou and Vincent Solignac like to welcome and share, and you can feel it. These two former scriptwriters give their name to their establishment Les Sardignac and generously offer good wines from small producers working in an environmentally friendly way, but also a smart menu with local products and more refined dishes. Plates of cold meats, leek and bacon risotto, salmon tartar, generously garnished sandwiches, home-made semi-cooked foie gras, crisp apple and smoked duck breast salad or tarte Tatin are all delicious. The best-seller is their famous croque-monsieur, the Croq'Sardignac, made with exceptional products: bread from Landemaine, Paris ham from Doumbea-Sojadam, rue de Charonne (a Chinese butcher who makes the best ham in the capital) and high quality emmental cheese. The pleasant service, the warm atmosphere and the bar which spreads out under a superb 19th century ceiling make it possible to stay there, and to return.
