Brasserie in Paris offering a classic cuisine with light country touches and an Auvergne cheeseburger.
Stéphanie and Hervé Angelvin, Lozériens de Chaze-de-Peyre, animate this brewery ideally placed in the 9 th corner of the rue Drouot and Faubourg Montmartre. The brewery has been in the family since 1958. A classic kitchen with light touches of the country: wines from the Gorges du Tarn, cheeses from the Fedou, charcuteries charcuteries. The cheeseburger faire meat beef, cantal and ham is a great success.

Patron au top, équipée très sympathique. Merci d'avoir laissé les cuisines ouvertes si tardivement après notre spectacle. Un bistro parisien à la hauteur.
